rake back... where to go?

ok... i'm pretty new to playing online(about 3 months). and i'm doing pretty well however i keep hearing all this talk about rake back however i am not really sure what it is. i know this is probably the stupid noob question and i'm sorry... i was unable to get much in the search function. basically... is there a fee... what's the best site to go thru for it... is it worth a part time low limit player to do(15 hours a week/ either $25/$50nl or 1/2 or 2/4 limit).

Yes it's worth it. It's not kosher to discuss it on the forums though since there are people who've paid to advertise their rakeback deals, here .
