PokerTracker Stats

Have been using PokerTracker for a day or so now and am curious if there is documentation anywhere (maybe a previous post here?) that explains what "good" stats. In other words, what's the VP$IP of a money making player? What other stats should be looked at? How does one go about improving those stats?

My game has hit a wall. I'm constantly taking 10 steps forward and 10.5 steps backwards. Looking for some direction on how to improve.
