Should I be doing this often, rarely, not at all?

Local 1/2 game, I have $200 infront of me. I haven't gone to showdown yet in 3 or 4 hands, have showed a couple of top pairs when everyone folds.

1 limper, I limp on the button with 10 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Both blinds call.

Flop comes K23, rainbow, they all check, I bet $8 (the pot).

How often are you doing this?
