I'm trying to broaden my news sources, so what do you all think the best place is to get news online?

Google News [/ QUOTE ] Ditto that. If you want just one source though-with google you can sometimes get stories from non-news places such as freerepublic.com and slashdot-I'd roll with Reuters or the BBC |

to round it all out, try http://www.aljazeera.com/fp48.asp . If you ignore all the right wing American ramblings and look at it for what it is, its surprisingly fair and balanced - for now. Apparently it is for sale, and this may be the tipping point to support the radical (I hope not). Its similar to the Washington Post or NY Times in that the reporting is fair, yet the op-ed pieces can be a bit too radical and off the wall.
