Default Major leak? Session length

Getting crushed this month; trying to figure out why.

Am I going on tilt during the longer sessions? The shorter ones weren't "stop-wins," I just ran out of time to play.

Session length / Results (in order)

2 mins / $1.50
29 mins / $18.50
36 mins / $39
40 mins / $37.25
55 mins / $8.75
71 mins / -$78.75
86 mins / -$71.75
114 mins / -62.50
22 mins / $50.50
51 mins / $13.75
40 mins / $8.75
106 mins / -$74.75

"Am I going on tilt during the longer sessions?"

Doubtful.
All of these are short sessions, BTW.

I think these are ridiculously short sessions. If you have the time I would suggest trying to stay at the computer for a while longer. I try to never have sessions under 1 hour and I usually shoot for 2 hours. If you can't you can't but I think it would be alot more helpful to get into the swing and stay there instead of just stopping and starting so much.

I almost never have time for anything more than a 2 hour session. I usually play one 1-hr session at lunch, and maybe another hour after work.

Also, these aren't all my sessions for the month... just the ones on pokerroom where I'm getting owned the hardest. I am also getting owned in my usual game, the party 1/2 6-max.

What do you think it is? At the end of one of your longer sessions, do you feel like you are worn out and making bad decisions? Or do you feel in the zone and ready to go some more? If you are getting worn out then it's probably a leak.

Also, you should go back to an average month(s) and a good month to see if your longer sessions in those months were also less profitable than your shorter sessions. To me, tho, these sessions are ALL short and wouldn't hurt my play (unless I tilted), but since you never play that long, you will have a different center for your session length distribution and so a 2 hr session (which I would consider fairly normal) could have a big impact upon you cuz you arent used to it.

Your longest session is about 1/2 the length of my average session. I doubt long session length is your problem unless you're 90 years old.

This tells me you play longer when you are behind, trying to catch up.

I do this myself. If I'm behind I sometimes won't stop until I'm back in profit. This causes my long sessions to appear less profitable (measured in BB/hour or BB/100) than the short ones.
