Helicopter flight LAX to Vegas - Does it Exist?
Maybe wrong forum,
Going to Vegas for SB, really want to blow it out. GF and I flew on a heli from catalina islan yesterday and we're hooked. I can't seem to find anyone in vegas or LA who flies between the cities (just a bunch of tour flights within the cities). anyone know if such a thing exists? fim

when i flew back to oakland from vegas the guy behind me on the plane was talking about how he flies from oakland to vegas on his helicoptor all the time but that he had to fly back to oakland because he left his helicoptor there due to bad weather. that being said, i would imagine you can find a private pilot who would be willing to fly you at not too bad a price...

just a quick note:
R-44 (Piston Single): ~400/hr Cruises at ~100kts. Trip Time: 10hrs, The helicopter has to fly back to la then back to vegas to pick you up (2 round trips) total cost: ~4,000
