Pokerstars cashout problem

I recently made a cashout from stars for $700. They sent me a check for $240 and then were supposed to credit my visa back the other $460. I have received the check within 10 days but the credit to my visa hasn't shown up yet and its been 45 days. I have emailed them without reply yet.. Anybody else have this problem? Does anybody have a phone number to contact them

I cash out thousands everyday from PokerStars and i have no problem at all.
