Party & PokerNow

I already play on Party. I'd like to play on Pokernow also. As I understand, it's a huge PITA to play on both at the same time (have to install PN while playing on PP, and reinstall PN every time you want to play both)?

Anyways, I don't need to play both at the exact same time. Will there be any problems if I play party, then quit & close, then open pokernow and play?
