Default 1/2 VS 2/4

Over the last few months playing 1/2 and 2/4 on party poker it seems to me that there are much looser players at 2/4, there seems to be atleast 3-4 extremely LAG's per table compared to prehaps 1-2 on the 1/2 tables, anyone else experincing this curious phenomenon....i called rich idiot syndrome.....

people have suggested the following:
-most casinos' lowest limit game is 2/4 so that is where many (bad) players start.
-the 1/2 lags head to the 6max tables
-the 1/2 games are the final resting place for weak/tight limit players working their way up in microlimits, who cannot handle the aggression at 2/4 and thus fill the tables at 1/2

Track them. I'd be willing to bet that the first time you see them they're playing 2/4, but before long you find them at .5/1 or gone. That's what happened to me, and a few friends: we all over-estimated our abilities, based on home games, etc, and wound up starting too high and getting hammered.

It's an unwritten rule here not to include other players' handles without permission.
