Withdrawing to a Credit Card

I am from Canada but am currently living and playing online in Austria for a bit. Neteller has told me that while I am over here I will be unable to hook up my Neteller account to my Canadian bank account (Bank of Montreal, FWIW). They can tell where I am because of my computer's IP address.

Because of this, I had to make my initial Neteller deposit of $250 through my VISA card. I have since been whoring & playing 1/2 and have built up a nice bankroll. With my earnings I would like to pay off that initial deposit.

What is the best way to do this in the online poker world?

...A bank wire from Neteller to my Canadian account, which is hooked up to my credit card?
...Can I withdraw to VISA straight from Neteller?
...I see that Paradise allows for withdrawls straight to VISA. Is this possible for all withdrawls, or just when you deposit there through VISA (which I didn't).

Thanks a ton, any suggestions regarding: choices, costs, time? I am at Party, Empire, Intertops, Paradise & Pokerroom so far. Also, I am a certified Neteller user.
