Default second best use for a garlic press

For those of you that don't know: A garlic press is a little box with handle that has holes at the bottom. You put the cloves in the box, squeeze, and get minced garlic.

Anyway, I was making some coffee for myself and found some chocolate chips. I pressed 'em into little itty bitty pieces and added them to the coffee along with some cinnamon. Spectacular.

Congrats. Now you're only a few small steps from making a cappuccino that you can get right down the street.

Using a garlic press is a good way to strip a lot of flavor out of your garlic.

And mincing garlic with a chef knife is a lot of fun.

(Seriously.)

Also, a chef knife is much easier to clean than a garlic press. I think the garlic press is one of the most useless kitchen implements there is.
