Default KK what do you see here?

Villain is BB who is 62.5/0 with WSD 34 and he's been playing very weak.

Party Poker 0.5/1 Hold'em (10 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
4 folds, MP2 calls, 2 folds, Button calls, SB completes, Hero raises, MP2 calls, Button calls, SB calls.

Ok. I am thinking I am ahead of everyone.

Flop: (8 SB) T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, MP2 calls, Button calls, SB folds.

Raise with calls doesn't give me a lot of info.

Turn: (5.50 BB) J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 players)
Hero bets, MP2 folds, Button calls.

Bad habit of betting out or is it? Do I need to try C/R for fear value?

River: (7.50 BB) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 players)
Hero...

Should I just be calling here?

Final Pot: 9.50 BB

you have kings on a jack-high board. This is an easy bet (on both the turn and river).

P.S. when you take out your action on the river, you should remove the text-color flag as well.

edit: regarding the check-raise -- a check-raise only works if someone behind you bets, and in this case with such a passive player they probably won't bet.

There's no reason to slow down anywhere here. If I get raised on the river, I just call, though I'd be interested if anyone would 3-bet.

If he's going to be that passive, then all the better for you. You still won the hand, although you didn't win the pot.

I don't see how you could have known he had hit his trips. He's behind you so he can't check raise. He never raised, calling you down from the flop on. There's no indication you're just adding money to his pot.
