Preflop: not raising is the correct line

Flop: bettingo out here is fine, after the raise i note that CO didn't raise preflop (unless he's extremely passive I doubt he has an A-betterkicker) so I three-bet here

Turn: Your out of position which sucks. But you have to bet out.

Same goes for the river.

One, there isnt 4 people in.
Two, I am going to raise everytime, I have TPGK and anyone with a better kicker will usually raise PF, if they have two pair then so be it but this hand will win more often than not.
Three, just because it isnt suited doesnt mean you shoulnt raise it, there is no flush draw on the board.

1. Generally no, but if you've won several recent raised hands and the table is starting to give up early, you might raise it. If you do, try to go to showdown if it isn't too expensive (call one more bet than you normally might) - you still have a good chance to win and it would be +EV to your later stronger hands for them to see you raise a hand this weak.

2. No need to slow down until you see a warning sign, no warning signs here.
