Default good laydown?

would you do what i did or something else:

sb is a fish, mp is pretty tight from the small number of hands ive seen him play.

This is a pretty bad laydown. There are more than enough hands that he could play similarly that u beat.

i didnt like how he stop and go on a straight potential flush board.

my range on him is 88 + pairs, kq, aj or better.

at first i thought perhaps aj since he slowed down when i reraised him preflop and flop.

but then when then when he started raising again i felt like it mighta been a slow played set or kq either which im both far behind.

i felt maybe his raise was on the draw at the flop or top pair but i dont see how he still drawing wwhen he starts raising again
