Default A couple of Queens

MP2 is 15/8/1.25

On the flop I was debating between calling MP2's flop raise then leading the turn, or playing it the way I did.

After the turn raise I figured MP2 for AA or KK.

Should I have check raised the river? Comments on all streets welcome.

Yes, and I'd put my money on AA given his passivity. Given this read, why would you call the turn raise?

Very nice. I especially like the river bet. You might have been able to get another bet in with a c/r but your hand is so strong that you must bet it and hope to get raised. It is just a matter of it not working out for you here.
Edit: I'm a doofus fold after being raised on the turn. Other than that all is cool.

I take back what I said about it being very nice, yes fold the turn, silly me. It's just so difficult to not call one more sometimes in the heat of battle.

i think a check raise is very possible on the river after your suckout. hes most likely has teh overpair and u just called his raise on the turn slowing down your aggression a little bit, likely indicating to villain that your in call down mode. so checking the river will probably induce a bet from opponent and then u could have raise it.

Well if I knew for sure he had AA KK I would have folded. That was my read but I wasnt 90% sure of it.

Wishfull thinking on my part? I'm kind of surprised everyone suggests folding.
