Is this correct play at 1/2 level (or perhaps not at any level)

I mean since there are so many people playing trash from any position I should consider someone having the duce not only 22 or A2 but all the combinations of 2.

In general, if I have understod correctly, I should bet this hand even against early players and not be so affraid about trips when the duce comes on the turn. It would have been worse if there came another club.

But is it different on this level just because so many play anything.

Is this a check and call from the duce on the turn and on?
If so, is this surgested play at this level on any scarry board (str8, 3 of same suit, any pair on board ...)?

Im a beginner so any help would be apriciated.
