Default I don\'t like what happened in this hand at all

I was in with 2 stations, the raiser was a LAG, and the BB was a TAG.

I don't think I should have folded preflop, though I am perfectly willing to hear people out who think I should have. The problem was that I was counting on a lot of action if I hit my hand postflop from the stations and the lag.

The raise was clearly for a free card, but as you can see it ended up closing things down. I am not sure about anything in this hand, frankly. I am probably taking non-tight play too far.

Well, I think you already know where you got out of line here but I'll just add my thoughts anyway.
Preflop: I don't think it's too bad but your position relative to the raiser sucks. I think this would be a easy call had it been an UTG raise and all the other players cold called. I would have folded.
Flop: Really with this hand you still want to be involved but you would like as many callers to come with you. With the free card raise you run the risk of eliminating callers. You also don't really free up any outs or anything like that. You also open yourself up to a 3-bet. The opponent is a LAG afterall and that diminshes your free card sucess rate. I just don't think it was a good situation to attempt one.
Nice hand.

Quite correct. Poorly played all around I think.

I just find it very, very difficult to call. Like ... ever.

I think the preflop coldcall is bad. Your objective with a lag at the table is to reraise and isolate him with your decent holdings that are likely ahead of him. Not coldcalling raises that kill your implied odds with small suited connectors and poor relative position.

I think you got lucky with the flop raise as well. If your going to characterize the guy as a lag, making a free card play on someone likely to 3bet isnt a good idea holding undercards gutshot.
