Bet that river. He may be string along with the top pair, to your underpair. Call a re-raise.

Not betting and then 3-betting this flop (should it get raised) is pretty bad given that you have no reads. You will almost always have the best hand should someone raise and then you can put the screws to the callers. You can't risk a check/though with this type of hand.
