I think this one is really iffy.

You can C/R and fold to a 3-bet. Or you can bet and fold, possibly call, a raise.

I don't mind this check that much. You're probably trying to get to SD here though, so calling down isn't awful either.

Right.

I really don't want to be raised on the turn because he could do it with anything. Even though there are a few draws out, chances are good he has 3 outs the majority of the time.

if this guy can raise you on the turn with anything your line is simple, bet and call down if raised.
