PP 100- JJ/QQ/AK preflop
I have just started playing the PP 100 game (50x BB stacks), after playing on prima (100 x stacks). In the shallower party games, (full ring), should I be looking to re-raise PF with AK, QQ and JJ against standard opponents if we are both around 50 BB's? Thanks.

Re: PP 100- JJ/QQ/AK preflop
If the initial raise is a min-raise, I will re-raise with QQ, JJ, and AK. If it is a standard 4-6x BB raise, then I will usually just call to see a flop. However, if my read is of an overly aggressive preflop raiser, with lower raising standards, I will re-raise it much more often.
This approach seems to be working for me. -Freeze |

Re: PP 100- JJ/QQ/AK preflop
Itll help you in the long run if you reraise QQ and JJ and just call AK. Wait until you flop something with AK and if you dont, fold. If you flop, you raise just help. This will define ur opponents hand. With these premium hands it is almost never correct to simply call. I would reraise with QQ and JJ all the time to make sure you are ahead unless i was way out of position. If you get a serious reraise then you can let go knowing ur opponent probably had you beat.

My standard line is to call, but depending on the opponent, I'll re-raise. Usually not with JJ though.
