impied odds question

Assume: a good 2/4 party game(calling stations, ect.), you have a small pocket pair, you need to make a set to win, your closing the action on the flop(bettor's on your left),two to three other callers. What pot odds will you guys need to see the turn? Basically how low do you go considering your impied odds, 20-1, 19-1,...16-1? Do you guys have a set number you stick to?
