Help plz!!! Party 15/30 notes useful?

I just start playing 15/30 game and though is that the player own note are useful or not? I just use PV stat and can beat 2/4 3/6 for 3bb/100, and have the 300BB+++ so i decide to jump to 15/30, so do u guy think it is a must to take note on player?

If it is a must, how do u get take note? do u guy use much time to drop note everyday? What do u guy write in note?

just use pokertracker. notes are somewhat helpful i suppose, but not really.
