Default The ultimate note system

Yo people!

Lately I been many situations there I looking back at old notes on players that make no sense to me. So I decide to work out the ultimate note system
I already have PT/PW installed so I don't need any notes on those stats. I play multi tables at Empires 100NL (6max) and quick access to valuable notes could hopefully increase my winning rate. Here is an example on how I take notes.

-----------Pre flop------------
x2 (67s, SB)(44,utg+2)
x3 (AA, utg)(AKs, utg+1)
x5(JJ, BB)
c5(44, BB)
c4(66, utg+3)
-----------Flop----------------
Checking on own pre-flop raise
Out of pos = Steel
-----------Turn----------------
Reraise = nutz
-----------River---------------

I try to take notes on most of the pre-flop raises (x= raise size) and pre-flop calls (c=call size). But I have been worse about taking notes on the other streets. For the moment try to monitor minibeting, check rising and all-in bets. I would be interesting to here what you guys takes notes on. What do you think is the most important/profitable notes to take? Do you put more efforts in monitoring good or bad players? Is there a waste of time to get to serious about monitoring players at this level?
Any opinions are welcome, thanks!
