Default Official NL Open Internet Challenge - Week 1

This challenge is open to all NL players.
Starting bankroll: $50
End goal: $2000

Players will start with 2 buy-ins at the $25 level.
When players have 2 buy-ins for the next level up, they move up. For example, when you have $100 you will move up to $50 NL. If a player loses more than 2 buy-ins for the level they are at, they move down until they are at the appropriate level. Players can skip levels if their OIC bankroll allows it.

The levels I am playing at PokerRoom (100 BB stacks) are as follows:
.25/.50 (25)
.50/1 (50)
1/2 (100)
2/4 (200)
5/10 (500)

NOTE! You can participate in this challenge at any site! Please take into account limits that are offered between 2/4 and 5/10 if they are there. If your site offers 3/6 or 4/8 then this level must be reached before 5/10. Unless your bankroll allows you to jump 2 levels.

Questions can be posted here, PMed to me, or IMed to me via:

Now, let the races begin! Post your ongoing progress for week 1 in this thread. Another thread similar to this one will be started at the beginning of each week on Mondays.

Wait a second, we move up once your bankroll hits $100 or +$50, I've been doing this all wrong. I've been trying to hit $150 (or +$100) at NL 25.

Time to move up.

Edit: Time to eat breakfast, I'm going to turn this thread into my blog for the day muhahahaha.

OK, Im playing on PokerRoom. started with $50 at the cheapest NL $.10-$.25. I was card dead, and it took me 2 1/2 hours to get to $100.
I am now at $.25-$.50 and am up to $135 in a half hour.
Its hard to steal pots for $4

Started this morning on Royal Vegas with their free $10, played through $.05/$.10NL got up to $40. Moved on to $.10/$.20. Up to $95 now in that level, gonna take a break for awhile.

I had an amazing run of cards at the $20NL tables for a bit. I sat at one table and in an hour I had 6 playable hands. These 6 hands consisted of AA 3 times and KK 3 times. I won all 6 hands, including one pair of rockets that flopped quads.

13 hands and I'm down $8 so far. lol, so much for your humble narrator.

ATo on the button, 4 limpers to me. Raise to $2 (.10/.25 blinds) and get 2 callers. Checked to me on a 9-high flop, I bet $5 and pray that I can pick it up. Check-raised to $10 (ruh-roh raggy) by the first guy, and called by the second. I'm out.

Oh and I'll also be keeping progress on each of my sessions at my blog at:
