Default PSO Points?

I've never done rake back before and was looking at one of the ads and it talked about how you get paid in PSO points. Is this program worth it and how many points per dollar do you get? Sorry if this has been asked before.

It has nothing to do with dollars. PSO points can be used to buy merchandise in the PSO store. I signed up and cleared 2 obscure rooms and got 10 thousand points. I traded these in for a $100 Best Buy Certificate.

1000 PSO points = $10 - can spend them on poker stuff, gift certificates, books, etc.

They just started 27.5% rakeback with two rooms for cash back into your poker account, rather than PSO points, so now people have some more options (Absolute and Caribbean Sun, I think).

Either way, I think it is worth it.

You can also use your points for PP certificates or AMEX certificates. To me, those are just like cash. But I'm new to online poker so the usual disclaimer applies.
