Default Strategy question - Heartbreaker Tourney

So.. anyone who's done some analysing on this tournament (it's a $5+0.50 tournament with unlimited rebuys for the first hour and $20,000 added with a twist - $10,000 to the normal prize pool and $10,000 to be split among the 20 players who bust out the most other players). My guess is that it calls for a very loose/aggressive game the first hour and to be prepared to make a few rebuys.. but where would the cut-off go (rebuyswise)? What prize pool should I go for and which will be easiest to win money from (of course will the winner of the tourney place high in the bust-out pool, but he won't have to win it (or even be close I think)...)
Anyway.. if anyone with a math brain would like to comment I'd be glad.. otherwise I'll just play with my instinct (which usually doesn't work too well.. :-(...)

The Quirky Kirko
