Default Am I throwing away this river bet?

Dealt K [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] UTG+1.
UTG limps, I raise, 2 folds, BB and UTG call.

Flop: K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]
BB bets, 1 fold, I raise, BB calls

Turn: A [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
BB bets, I raise, BB 3-bets, I call

River: 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
BB bets, I call.

Should I be calling this river every time? I feel like I'm going to see that 10 more times than not, but I'm getting a great price to call 1 bet. Also, should I just be calling the turn, or is my raise and call of the 3-bet good?

Not sure I like the turn raise heads-up. If you have one or more players between, then you are at least getting a decent overlay to draw at your FH. Absent a strong read, I think I just call down heads-up, and the way the hand was played, expect to get shown exactly T9.
