Default BB play with offsuit hands

A 15/30 player, who looked through some of my 2/4 hands recently, commented that I was folding too often in the big blind; when getting decent odds to continue. I currently pretty much follow SSHE advice, but can see that I might be able to add some hands in multiway pots.

So my question is this.

If we have 3 limpers, a Button raise and a SB fold (raiser is ~ 25/5). Which offsuit hands will you call a raise with from the big blind, getting 9.5:1 odds?

If I read SSHE correctly, they recommend re-raising AKo and only calling with AQo, AJo & KQo - even in loose, 6-8 to the flop games.

I doubt if I call with worse than KQo. But if the button's pf raise % were higher I would often 3-bet with AQo.
