I don't understand.

If they are saying that it is certain to be helpful the statement that it cannot not help your game is correct.

I ran into some guy a few weeks back. I think it was a 2/4 table. He wasn't a horrible player but he certainly wasn't great either. He started berating a couple of people everytime they mad a bad play. I asked him when his book was coming out and he said "it's already out" and he gave me a link to this site.
