Default My first 10K hand checkup post

My last 3,000 hands have been a 175BB downswing so I'm working on keeping my confidence. I think I need to work on using aggression in the proper places because those numbers seem too high... probably a big leak in my game at this point. Let me know what you think.

Aggression:
F- 4.65
T- 3.73
R- 2.41

well its good to see you havent fallen victim to playing to many hands. that being said, i play about 20.5% if mine at 10/20 so at 1/2 which i imagine are a little less aggressive i fihure you can sneak some in there, . but whatever, thats not a issue i would worry about to much.

your preflop raise % seems low, probably not raising enough from the CO seat.

i think you can bump up the PFR some, and try to steal more.

play more hands, and raise preflop more. your attempt to steal is pretty low.

Your high postflop aggression may be more indicative of you folding too often when you should be calling, not raising too often. Remember the formula is (Bet%+Raise%)/Call%. Your WTSD is very low, I would say you could probably call down more often as weird as that sounds. You are also not raising enough preflop, probably because you are not stealing nearly enough. Work in some button steals with any A, any PP, K9, K8s, 109s, etc as long as the blinds are not ridiculously loose. This will probably get your W$WSF up higher as you will be winning a lot of pots with a single bet on the flop.

I am very glad to see you and Alobar saying attempt to steal more because I really just started working on that recently. I'll do some digging for starting hand requirements since the consensus is I'm too tight. Thanks!

His WTSD is very low? What do you usually set as a target?

I think his WTSD is fine withing 2-3% points upward. Having just gone through this same examination read this.
