AA, should I raise this river?

This was my very first hand at the table, so I had no reads at all. I felt okay with my hand on the flop, but BB waking up on the river after calling down gave me horrible visions of A2 coming in.

I think you probably just counterfeited SB's 2 pair (although until the river I play the same way), but with BB coming alive I probably just call. If you call, SB is more likely to call for just 1 bet. If you raise, SB is more likely to fold and you risk getting 3-bet.
