With four diamonds on the board, UTG bet and was called by two players ahead of you (twice). I think this is a safe river fold.

Yeah, a bettor and two callers, you won't be good here even 1 in 20.
I would 3-bet the flop as well. |

But when one person bets and two people call on consecutive streets with a 4-suited board, you can safely assume that somewhere approaching 99.9999999999999% of the time your set is not going to hold up. |
