I got twice the avg stack with 15 left: Top 40 paid HOWS play?
Six at the table and I'm 3rd in chips with T13664, then 32755, then 36270.
blinds 2000/4000 Hero has QQ UTG folds, Hero raises to 8000, CU folds, Button folds, SB folds, BB calls(24755) Flop is J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]T [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img](T18K) Villan bets T9010 Hero calls all in T5664 Turn is T [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img](T29328mp and T3346 in sp) River is A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] What do you think? I'm thinking of a certain question but I don't wanna give away the answer at all, I'll check back in a bit and post results. Please help. Thanks

Why the PF min raise? Leaving you with only a little more than one BB has absolutely no value.
At this point in the tournament there's really no need to gamble with your survival, and the BB is being offered absolutely good odds to call with basically any two. You'd be happy to take the blinds down here - especially when you're willing to call your remaining chips off on any flop. If you get called by someone holding Ax and the BB with a K you'll bust out more than half the time anyway. No doubt the correct strategy at this point is to move in with any playable hand, including pocket AA. Best, McMelchior (Johan)

I do not like this play.
You have 13K chips, with blinds of 2K-4K. Going allin is the only preflop raise that you should be thinking about. Min-raising is disgustingly bad in this position. It invests 8/13 of your chips.. what do you plan on doing with the other 5K?

Well... whether it was an accident or not, you MUST put the remainder of your chips in that pot... Porbably any pot, any flop.
When you have 8/13K of your stack invested, shove the rest in.. Eyes closed!
