Bet the flop. I would just call the 3bet on the river.

Too bad BB had J10.

I don't like the check here, you might be giving away a free [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] to someone that needs it EDIT: or more cards to a broadway. They both called the raise preflop, go ahead and see if they will pay to see the rest, odds are they will.

I also don't cap the river.

I really learned my lesson with this hand. My aggression factor is not where it should be. But I sure picked the wrong time to try to turn that around.
