Top pair, bad kicker, how did I do?

Hi everyone, please criticize. I flop TPNK in the big blind. I raise to protect what little hand I have. Is this correct play? Thanks.

Also, should I let go when reraised? Call the river bet? I think I screwed this up all the way around. My thinking was that I was up against the small blind, who did not raise preflop. He is 30%/10%, but I only have 10 hands on him.

Some people screw around on the flop. Some people don't be nice to know which one the SB is. I'd call one more bet to see another card. I'd bet the turn after it is checked to me. Sounds like the SB is just messing around. River call is fine.

NEO..... I am betting the turn and folding to a raise because at this point I feel I would be behind.
I would check/check the river assuming he called the turn.
