SAME exact thing happened to me today with 77. The diamond flush and everything. Villain had nut flush on the flop and let me see the turn for free (7), I bet and he just called...river was a 7.

Is anyone else wondering how the $6.25 left in hero's stack didn't find its way into the pot?

I once had 88 in the bb and the flop was 976. I called a small bet to chase the straight. 8 on the turn... so I called a tiny bet to chase the boat. 8 on the river. So after I took it down I commented "that wasn't what I thought I was drawing at."

Party Poker No-Limit Hold'em, $1 BB (6 max, 4 handed) converter

BB ($116.75)
Hero ($121.25)
Button ($46.3)
SB ($34.35)

Preflop: Hero is UTG with 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. SB posts a blind of $0.5.
Hero calls $1, 1 fold, SB (poster) completes, BB raises to $3, Hero calls $3, SB folds.

Flop: ($9) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets $4, Hero raises to $8, BB calls $4.

I do this shit often, you don't have to like it. Oops he called.

Turn: ($25) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets $10, BB raises to $20, Hero calls $10.

He's playing too passive, maybe I can push him off the pot while drawing to the straight. Oops he check-raised me, he definately has a legitimate hand. Might as well call for the OESD.

River: ($65) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (2 players)
BB bets $30, Hero raises $89.25 (All-In), BB calls $54.75 (All-In).

Ahahahaha I hit runner runner straight. There's no way he can put me on this hand, and I highly doubt he has 36 for the nut straight.

Final Pot: $239

Results in white below:
BB has As Ad (three of a kind, aces).
Hero has 3s 3d (straight, five high).
Outcome: Hero wins $239.

He proceeds to berate me for a good 15 minutes. I laugh uncontrollably at the suckout.

Happened yesterday...

hero has 66

Flop is K86

Hero and villain get it all in on the flop. Villain shows 88 for the flopped middle set, hero shows 66 for the flopped bottom set. Turn is 5 and river is 6, giving hero his one outer
