Party only filling 80% of its window?

I just bought a new laptop, Dell inpsiron 9100, and have downladed the software for a number of sites tonight and this problem only arises with respect to party:

The lobby or table is only filling maybe 80% of the top left hand corner of the window taht is opened for it. The result is party is effectively running ina smaller window within the window and I'm going blind trying to play it as its so tiny. I've tried chning the resolution but still party is not filling its window. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.

Check the DPI settings.

Right click desktop -> Properties -> Settings -> Advanced

Normal is 96 I believe.

Thanks mmbtOne- my DPI was set to 120 and when I adjusted it to 96 everything fits fine (although perversely all the other windows and fonts appear smaller now).

Guess that's the obvious downside to being able to view four tables on a laptop without any overlap - they're so +@$*ing tiny you can hardly see your cards. This had better up my overall winrate cos I'm going to need the extra money for the eye surgery!

It'll take some time to change the whole deck, but it's pretty easy to edit each picture file and enlarge it.
