Default Life changing event

My teacher only had me deposit $50 for party .50/$1 and I was down to $15 at one point. Man, it really sucks only putting $5 and $10 on 2 tables and pray. Thank baby Jesus for variance.

How would your life be different had you lost your first initial poker deposit?

I got down to 5 bucks or so on the first 50 I played on (which was free from gaming club). Never hit the bottom and look at me now. Who really knows. I bet I would have deposited a little though but my parents would have killed me at the time.

I think I lost about 9 deposits before the bankroll management kicked in. I was the typical "New to Poker" guy with a little money to burn. I found "Truepoker" and made an account.

The first games that I played in were $200 NL tables. I was in WAY over my head, but I won enough to convince me that I had some idea of what I was doing...even when I was reloading.

Then I found 2 + 2 and started my "real" career. No deposits since about a month after I registered. If only I had figured it out sooner...

I did lose my first deposit. So, given Newton's laws, my life would be exactly the same. I'm going to go cry now.

your teacher wasnt very good if he had you 2 tabling with $15.

well, it was my fault it got down to $15. I was up to $80 something!! All I could really handle at the time was a $50 shot.

p.s. My dick is only 2 inches ... from my knees.
