I dont like it. Your waiting till the turn to raise play would look better if there was a broadway on board, or if a broadway hit on the turn. With this kind of flop a high PP would raise to get UTG out. Your call just looks wierd. You are also investing 2.5BB, I think you do just as well folding equity wise by raising the flop (which also has the benefit of getting UTG out hopefully) and then betting the turn.

Raise the flop instead if you want a showdown. It doesnt take much hand reading to tell that you either dont have a pair or maybe TT, but not likely.
