hi guys,

trying to clear the reload bonus this weekend, i got to wondering how people feel about the state of their game. like, how confident are people about the correctness of the hands they play...i've got some thoughts pertaining to myself and the mistakes i make, but i'm curious how other people think/feel.

so, here comes the poll question, and if you have any other thoughts to add, please feel free to reply...

I voted 5-10, and I still consider myself a decent player. I still make a crapload of errors, some I realize right away, and some I'm not good enough to realize yet. the second kind is why I voted as high as I did.

My games been off for a while, but I'm probably back to about 3 mistakes/100 where the costliest might be just below .5BB, so it's getting better. It took a LOT of PT replaying though.

But I may be too hard on myself. And I don't seem to post the right hands, because when I post them I get told it was okay most of the time.

voted 3-5, i've been running well while clearing the bonus. doesnt mean my decisions are always the best though. sometimes when i run well i get too loose/aggressive. oh well, thats another story.

3-5 right now. At 2/4 it would be 10+ though.

It all depends on what swing I am.

i'm going to say that:
1- i feel like my game sucks right now (in the last 3k hands i am -1 BB/100)
2- i feel this is because of both trying hard to clear bonuses, fooling around with 6max, playing SNGs, and generally feeling invincible and cocky
3- i only voted 3-5, though i feel i could go higher, becuase you phrased it in terms of hands/100 and i'm playing less than 20 hands/100 anyway.

maybe it's just a downswing, but i feel like i'm playing crappy anyway.

i'm taking a break after i finish off this compbonus tonight. i've been playing every day since just before new years and i think i'm burnt.

10+ mistakes/100 is a ridiculously high figure. You're already doing something wrong if less than 80/100 of your decisions aren't fold.

I picked 5-10, but it is closer to 4-6 on average. I feel that I play PF very well, and I am pleased with how I have improved my flop play. However I believe I am missing bets on the turn and river.

Places where I would like some hands back:

1. Pushing overcards in marginal situations.
2. Allowing too many free card plays, instead of hitting them on the turn when a blank falls.
3. Missing checkraise oppurtunites.
4. Sometimes not discounting my outs properly by position and table texture.
