This week I'm going for
3 Units Eagles -5.5
2 Units Pats -3

Good choices for this week you think? I think Rothlisberger is going to have some trouble. He almost cracked last weekend as well and Brady is the man under pressure. Pats 2ndary showed themselves to be incredibly durable and the linebackers kicked ass last week.

I got a little more margain for error on the Pats. I went to sportsbetting.com on friday and took advantage of their reduced juice. I bought 2.5 points and have the pats at "-0.5" (-105). Five Units. Looks like a sure winner to me.

Wow. If they let you go from Pats -3 to Pats -.5 for only -105, they are crazy.

How did you bet this at 5.5 when it was 4.5 everywhere until wednesday or something? I understand that 5 is not a key number, but even if it gives you .5%-1% advantage, you should still bet the lower line.

Agree. If you're going to bet sports you absolutely have to fund 3-5 different accounts. Also, it's the only way you can catch a side or a middle without really annoying your book.
