Epassporte

I tried opening an epassporte account for empire tonight, after I put in all my debit card info it went right back to the sign up form, I checked my bank account and they took the money out but when I try to log into Epassporte it says my user name/password is invalid and they also haven't sent me any email confirmation or anything. I emailed them and am still waiting for a reply, I just wanted to know if anyone whos using Epassporte had the same thing happen to them when they signed up? Thanks
