Why do women miss so much work?

In my office there are 15 men and 12 women. Without a doubt women miss far more work days than men for personal reasons and sick days. Discuss...

because the majority of women don't feel like they should have to work. They are just holding a job until their prince charming comes along, whereas men realize their job defines them.

women are so concerned with their bodies they constantly go to the doctor to check everything. They also rarely work through sickness. Guys on the other hand don't care and go to work.

If I was an old married guy I'd say.

"Why would I miss work? I would have to stay home with the wife?"

alas, it's because women are more prone to illness.

I get the $hits at least once a month. I don't miss work for it. I am sure it is just as uncomfortable [img]/images/graemlins/shocked.gif[/img]
