With 6 tainted outs but I'm guessing I have 3 actual outs. Since I am getting 10.25:1 should I of folded?

I think this is fine. No one's so clearly enamored of their hand that I think you need to discount your top pair outs by half. 4 outs, closing the action, sure. KQ would be even better here.

Why not fold the turn?

I think thats what the post is about, but in reality the pot is just big enough. Seems like a pretty marginal situation.
