PT: Importing Hand Histories Error

When I try to import hand histories to Pokertacker i get this error message

"File contains no Texas Hold'em hands or unable to determine what poker site this file came from."

Does anyone have any suggestions for fixing this problem?
Also the hands are from Party

You'd do better at the Pokertracker forums, but be more detailed there. You did't even give enough info here to make a wild guess.

Are you asking it to read the right files?

c:\Program Files\PartyPoker\whatever your user name is

is the default location.
