Default Gaming Club Account Locked?

Anybody ever have their gaming club account locked? I get up this morning and log on and get the message that my account has be locked, please contact support. Obviously I've done that as well as PM'ed the Gaming Club. But has anyone else ever has this happen? Most of my bankroll is on that site, and needless to say I'm a bit flustered.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

We've replied to your PM concerning this Burno, it's not as bad as you think. You should have received some sort of communication via email letting you know about this. Apologies for alarming you, but this particular issue is easily solved and there's no need for concern.

Like he said, it was a minor mix-up that was easily remedied.

Just wanted to make another post here so everyone could see how kick ass TGC customer service is. I made this post and PM'd Gaming Club around 8AM. He responded within 15 minutes.

Simply amazing.

I forgot my password and can't find a way to reset it. Sent emails to Gaming Club support. No response. It's been two weeks.

Yeah, I had problems with my account being locked once and got it resolved. I emailed them, but didn't hear back so I called them. They told me they had emailed me about the problem, but in any event they were able to fix the issue with me on the phone. I work as a customer service manager, and I'd have to say their phone support was very good.

I'm guessing the email got caught in one of those spam thingies, because the two times I've emailed them I never got any response, although I do get emails every time I clear a bonus.

I have them on my safe list. I'm guess I'm just going to have to call them.

Yes, I can also vouch for this, as Havana helped me out with this as well. Was frustrated thinking no one was responding to me to find out that my email was at fault.

I still haven't figured out how to unblock them, if anyone knows how to do this, I'd appreciate any advice. I run Outlook Express, and my ISP wasn't too helpful. Not sure if this is a software issue or an ISP issue.

But, real good customer service here from Havana.
