Default Any two situation?

Played the binions 2pm this last weekend, down to 2 6 seated tables, blinds are 2000/4000 antes 400. 330,000 chips in play, average stack is 27k, but on our table there may be 2 guys above 20k.

My stack is 4500 after posting the BB and ante, 8400 in the pot with a 6k raise from the button (so more accurately 12.9k in the pot) and I can survive maybe another 4 hands and might move another 40-60 bucks on the payout scale if I blind down.

If I call and win I have 18k and at least a chance at the top 5 at the final table. If fold I basically looking for other people busting before me (which is possible).

I dont remember the pay scale completely, but 1st was a little over 3k and 11-14th was something like $140.

I look down and see 5-2o in the BB... call it or no?

I did call, button turns over 55 (doh! at least give me 2 live cards lol) and im out in 12th. I did get a 2 on the flop and would have had a tremendous suckout if the turn or river came another 2, but no help.
