Default fold AQs or push harder?

No real reads on anybody, other than the table as a whole seemd pretty LAGish thru the first 6-8 hands.

I don't know about the pre-flop cap, but I think the rest of the hand looks ok.

I'm 50/50 on a flop bet here. If I think the bet will get at least one fold, or better, take the pot right there (not likely) I'll bet out.

I would check/call the turn/river too, given the pre-flop action.

Unless I have reason to believe that MP3 is 3-betting with bad hands, I'm definitely not capping preflop.

Betting the flop accomplishes nothing. LAGs will call/raise all the way anyways, you can't protect your hand, and you're not betting for value. BB check-raised a huge field on the flop, it's safe to say you can muck to his 3-bet.

Pre-flop I would just call the re-raise instead of capping with AQs. The BB check-raising after a bet and raise confuses me, without having a read. It would be hard to say he had a 4, since he called a raise and re-raise PF, maybe he has a high pp, but it's very hard to say. I would check the flop, and fold if it came back to call two.
