Should this be an easy fold?

This was just over an hour into a multi tourney @ PokerStars. At this point, I was about average stacked with ~600 people left. I hadn't played a hand in about 20 minutes and I was really looking for a chance to grab more chips.

SB (t4040) (not a very good player, he's tried to buy pots unsuccessfully before on more than one occasion)

UTG calls t150, UTG+1 folds, MP1 folds, MP2 folds, CO folds, Hero calls t150, SB completes, BB checks.

I knew immediately the SB had nothing, and i really suspected that UTG had overcards but i wasn't exactly sure. His limping first in combined with his play on the flop really confused me and pretty much nullified my read on him.

I took about a minute to stop and think, then finally tossed my hand. I was scared of the Ad as well as not hitting on the turn and having him push me all in, which I wasn't prepared to do. Should this have been an easy fold for me?
