Default Party 5-10 SH

I'm new to online and have never seen so much bluffing in limit poker. It seems hard to let this go heads-up. The villain was tilting a bit.

Please set me straight.

Party 5/10 6 max

I'm in BB w/ [ 3s, 5s ]
UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, 2 folds,Maniac SB calls, I check.
** Dealing Flop ** : [ 6s, 5h, 7c ]
SB checks. I bet, UTG folds, UTG +1 calls, SB folds.

OK, I tried to pick up pot on this ragged flop. UTG+1 is spending his time insulting SB on chat. I assume he is calling w/ overcards--I'm not sure if I will put money in pot unimproved

** Dealing Turn ** : [ 4c ]

I bet, UTG raises, I ?

Should I call the raise getting 6:1 w/ no hope of improvement?

Thanks,
PT
